ESRD Final Rule Expected Before Thanksgiving

Quick note - the final rule on the End-Stage Renal Disease Prospective Payment System and Quality Incentive Program - i.e., whether there will be a cut of 9.2% will come out before thanksgiving. My prediction - the cut will be 6.2%.
